5. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund Policy for Consulting Services
At Alisa LaPolt Consulting, we are committed to providing high-quality, personalized consulting services that help you gain clarity, insight, and direction. In certain circumstances, refunds will be issued.
Refund Eligibility
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. You may be eligible for a partial refund or rescheduling under the following conditions:
Prepaid sessions or packages may be canceled for a full refund only if canceled at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled session.
If you are unsatisfied with your initial session, you must notify us within 24 hours in writing to request a review. In some cases, a refund or credit toward another service may be issued at our discretion.
No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Packages and Programs
For multi-session packages or programs:
Refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the package, minus a 20% administrative fee.
Once a program is 50% completed, it is non-refundable but the amount can be credited towards another service.
Digital Products or Group Events
All sales of digital products, workshops, or group sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the offer.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Emergency rescheduling within 24 hours may be granted once per client on a goodwill basis.
Results Disclaimer
While I provide intuitive guidance and strategic insight, results vary by individual. Refunds are not granted based on personal outcomes, decisions, or expectations not being met.
